its not very often but does happen (see spec in sig)
checked log error
Event filter with query "SELECT * FROM __InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "Win32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage > 99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

any idea what it is about?

was it a pre overclocked system? a friend of mine bought one a few weeks ago and his was getting random bsod, he set the speeds back to normal and it fixed the problem

Yeah sounds like a CPU overclocking error. Try upping the CPU volts a little or lowering the overclock.
