OCUK gpu coolers question?

if i bought one of these http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-067-TL (its the morpheus cooler for gpus) at the same time as a gpu would OCUK fit it?

and secondly what about the warranty of the card?

I doubt it. When OCUK offers a custom cooling solution for a card it is bought as a single product.
