I understand what you are saying Gibbo but what annoyed me was how I added to basket then click checkout and price had gone up in that small time (stock level had stayed same on the site)
Would people accept that if you did it in your shop pick up item listed as a price then go to checkout and it has been changed.
I am not knocking OCUK customer services or knowledge the few times I have dealt with you guys it has been very good otherwise i wouldn't even consider buying anything from you it was just the basket changing price thing I was comparing to Amazon they use tactics like that never experienced that with anyone else but you two.

We had around 50 in stock at low price, stock was getting down close to 10 and rebuy over $100 it had to go back. Deals don't last forever and the price was way cheaper than anywhere else.
I've now offered you the same kit in 3200MHz for same price as the 3000Mhz was, so if your truly after some, be quick as I had 9 in stock, no more stock incoming so those will just be left to sell out, new stock will come in and they will be priced at £110-£120.
I just spotted that and ordered thank you which I hope it it's been processed because it's now showing as out of stock on the site
Interesting I had just returned 3600 kit as which was £95 and now £110 I expect once that kit is back with you that will be going up even more
We will probably phase out as unfortunately the price of those is now just silly.
A trader just purchased them all cheekily, I've requested our B2B team to cancel the order, so the 9pc, now 8pc should be back on the site in a few minutes.
That is how cheap this is, traders are trying to buy it at our website price and calling in to try and cheekily evade the 1 per customer rule.

I have seen this first hand just the other day when I went into CEX the staff was laughing about it that each of them had gone into few stores to buy up stock which they are selling now at way higher prices plus fromsound of it the staff was pocketing money of it as well.
The other one which has done it a lot is that company ocuk has deal with to provide pc parts.
shouldn't be allowed but i bet at some point ocuk has done it as well if there is no rules against it then it's fair game i suppose.
