OcUK HD 7950 question

I recently ordered this, the OcUK 7950, it was on offer for £239.99 last week, but today I received my order and instead it was the VTX3D 7950 boxed.

They look identical in the pictures, bar the sticker on the fan, but should I care?
Is there a quality difference I'm missing out on that has the Ocuk card priced higher but with virtually the same specs? Warranty issues?

I'm just assuming it's the simply same card, sans the sticker.

The OcUK cards are just which ever brand they can shift at low price. There's the usual brands that end up being sold as 'OcUK cards'.
