OcUK London Ride 2015 - The Sequel

As requested, here is another thread for a group London ride. Propose dates people and we can get a poll going and then decide a route! The original meeting point of RP cafe still stands.

I'm unavailable July 5th due to RP TT and the weekend of August 8/9 for the London Tri. Probably wouldn't be a good idea doing a gran fondo on July 4th if I don't want to suck too much in the TT.

My Summer seems to be slipping away from me :

4th July free - TDF start
11th July - Wedding
18th - Israel
25th - 2nd Aug - France
9th Aug - Tri
16th - Think there's some delicious exclusive meat and beer festival in West London?
End of August i'm likely to be going for a weekend in Edinburgh...

Suggest a date - If I can make it I'll come

Not fussy on the route as long as its not mental long.

Only weekends I'm really free are 11-12th July, 25th-26th July, then not free until September.

The Kent route would be fairly long unfortunately. Something in Surrey can be shorter but we'd probably want to change the hills from the last ride for a bit of variety.

Ah I don't mind 90 or so, but anything too far over that that is a bit long for me.

That looks a lovely route. 2/3 of us from up this way were planning an away day and that could be a possibility. I wouldn't say I was bored of my local area but a change would be nice. It looks like I have permission to take my bike to France on hols in July so I have identified some nice ascents in the Auvergne.

I don't mind the route but I'd like to stay under 100mi, the fact that I've got 10miles to/from rp is a bit poofy.

Could always do what I did and get a train back from somewhere

Although looking at that route, you could easily peel off at Morden for a quick ride home

I think everyone is too busy over the summer period.

I will be doing some longer rides the weekends after August 9th. Right now I'm doing Triathlon training.
