OcUK Mafia game thread - Game 2

Well, having gone through everything in this thread again, I am keeping my vote as it is. I'm convinced. If we do not lynch Brabbinho tonight, then we'll be murdering a townie - because I doubt he'll take his pal down.

I'm not convinced Shamikebab, Egon, or anyone else, is mafia for now, however, but tonight's voting pattern will be interesting.

Also, Egon, my quote above wasn't a direct attack on your comments :) I was just emphasising how strongly my instinct is pointing the finger at Brabbinho.

My understanding is that the Mafia may only communicate with each other at night. If you were making plans during the day you'd be breaking the rules:

No discussing with other players outside of this thread. Only the two Mafia members can communicate like this, and only during the 24 hour night period. No, I can't police this, it's called trust, people

Blimey! I go shopping to IKEA to decorate my townie flat and the place erupts into arguments and finger pointing! :eek:

I need some time to re-read everything carefully but some interesting accusations have been made and of course I have my own suspicions.....back in a few :p
 
After a re-read I'm still not really sure what's going on, why the mafia took the night off and more importantly what to do next.

I am suspicious however of kaiowas and his call for sanity followed by a night of inaction by the Mafia. Just seems to convenient...

Well, as it currently stands, it seems that Gooner Leroy will be dangling from the hanging tree this evening. I have to admit, I'm unhappy - not because I think Gooner is innocent, but because I can't see the same evidence that some of you can. I reckon he's just a good target because he's got a big gob and Brabbinho needed someone to take the flak off of himself.

I would urge those of you who have voted for Kaiowas to consider changing to vote to the same as me. If I'm wrong, and Brabbinho is a townie, then tomorrow I will use my vote to support the first person to change their vote to Brabbinho - even if that vote is for me. I need to know if my hunch is correct and I'm prepared to put my vote and my well-being on the line for it.

The demand for blood is great, and cannot go unsated. This time, poor Gooner Leroy is the target of the vicious mob and little of him remains.

Once again, a further check on his house is carried out to confirm or deny the suspicions, but once more there is zero indication of Mafia membership there.

Gooner Leroy the Townie has been lynched.
