OcUK members on other forums

But the weirdest thing i have ever come across concerning OcUK was standing in the Q at the shop.
This dude in front starts delaying my purchase by asking questions. Shop dude walks off to get something so i says to dude, Hey man use the forums to get hardware and compatabilty sorted before you come.
He turns round to me and says " What Forums" :eek: :eek:

What could i say.
 
Some MR2 owners are on IMOC and MR2OC. And I think I know some from Miniresource too but I forget their names and whether they are banned or not :/

I saw a familiar username on a private, invite-only forum, I can't tell you what it is though because it's terribly exclusive and I'd be banned. Christ I sound like Penski. :(

I virtually live next to OCUK and I'm in at least once a week. Conversations often take place and I can't count the number of times I've told locals to ask on the forums of which they haven't got a clue. I've always said that Mark needs a sign up saying "If you want help other than ours then visit forums.overclockers.co.uk".

However, I'm no better myself. I was a friend of the original owner and used to talk to him all the time One day I asked him something he couldn't answer and he directed me to the forums which had already been going for at least two years at that time.

I wonder if it's the same private, invite-only forum that I can't tell you about because I'd be banned if I did. Can't say that I've ever spotted any OcUK usernames on there, though.
