OcUK memory RMA question

HI, just got an RMA number for faulty RAM that I got.
Its one of the two in a:
Corsair 4GB (2x2GB) DDR2 PC2-5300C5 200-Pin SODIMM Dual Channel Kit
My question is do I have to return both, or just the faulty one?
edit: I asked in my webnote, and the RMA conditions on the website aren't so clear, so....

because its a kit, yes return both
