Is there not any procedure in an event of all out war we would all break away and make some sort of alliance?

When I first went on the t'internet, I used to frequent MIRC and had my own channel (#problem) which was very popular. It was a really good laugh but with the number of takeovers etc I gave up. OcUK reminds me of that.
