Will be popping up tomorrow to grab one, question is should I go for stitched edges or not? Is there really any extra benefit to warrant the extra couple of quid?

Stitched edges do last, I have the none Stitched edges version and afer a year it's just messed up.

I prefer non stitched but it depends on a few things. I use a low sens and stitched edges limit the amount of room particularly on height where some times I want to slightly over run the pad. Also I hang the edge of the pad slightly off the desk so it's more comfortable on my arm. Stitched edges are good if you are constantly rubbing the edges
Also the cheaper the pad the worse the stitching tends to be being less tight and more raised. Don't expect gsr or artisan levels on this pad. It's alright for the price

Waiting for the stitched edged premium one to come back on offer. Missed it last time round.

I got a free non stitched one with a mouse and gave it to my son. Within a few weeks the edge started to peel a bit. So I say go for a stitched one.
