OCUK never heard of issues with displayport realy!

I sent a webnote to OCUK( I have had displayport issues S27A750D), explaining this, according to them they have never heard of it!
Are they kidding me or fobbing me off?
Anyway had it around 30 days so they are telling me to ring Samsung, i am now on hold.
By the threads i have made a fair few people have had this problem and and i think even some staff have made replies.

Ps DPD are picking it up to give to Samsung tomorrow morning, at least they are nice and quick.
 
It may be best to post in the customer services section of the forum instead of the main forum.

the main forum is not generally checked by staff.

I only spotted it by complete chance, It may be a chance that the member of staff dealing with your webnote has not heard of the problem but posting in the customer service section will guarantee a senior technical advisor seeing it.
 
Hi rjkoneill, thanks its in Samsungs hands now, i would have prefered OCUK to have dealt with it though, maybe use their discretion of 2 days over! But it will be sent to Samsung tomorrow to see what happens.

Bad mouthing us constantly on the forums will not make Samsung fix your screen any quicker. Samsung are usually good when it comes to repairing/replacing faulty monitors.
