Hey,

After setting up the computer I received today it failed to boot stating the overclocking had failed. The only way we could get it to boot was by reseting the CMOS, and obviously now it's running at stock setting.

This is the bundle I bought

The computer is running fine now, but I'd obviously like to get it working the way it was advertised.

Tech support are closed right now, I'll try tomorrow but I'd like some feedback now if possible.

Check the BIOS just in case Ocuk saved the overclock to a profile - not 100% sure Asus boards have this feature.

Lets say it is there, why bother re-enabling it if it's not going to work? The D-RAM warning LED was left on until I reset it.

To be totally honest with you mate, if it aint working at the overclock you paid for, don't mess around with it, just send it back.

Just tried their saved profile, didn't work.

Had to reset the CMOS again.

I ain't gonna screw around with it, but I serious hope I won't be sending it back. Surely they can deal with this over the phone.

Been thinking of getting one of these pre clocked systems but dont think i'll bother now as this is the 3rd post this week i've seen regarding failed pre clocked builds

you also need to think about how many there selling to how many are failing also it could be down to so many things like PSU etc which is out of their hands...i have always belived a company should never be judged on a problem but how the deal with them :D:D
