OCUK Order Confirmation Emails - do they exist?

Question for those that order from OCUK

This really isn't problem because I've not had any issue with OCUK orders and I always get the PayPal notification of payment / confirmation but

I never seem to receive an OCUK order confirmation email? I don't think I've had one since forever, do others get an OCUK order confirmation email? Is it because I always use PayPal for payment I don't get one.

I get the usual DPD email delivery slot email and text btw!

I've done all the spam / junk folder checking!

I think they need to send them by law. is your email address correct?

not used OcUK for quite a while but always had email confirmation when i did - i keep a meticulous record of email confirmations from all my online purchases so they definitely used to. not that i guess that's much use to you -

They do exist - I ordered something yesterday and got one. And I paid by PayPal!

AFAIK they always send them, but i'm not sure at what point (I've got a few retailers I use where the order confirmation might arrive later than the paypal one).

Thanks all, I’ll have to contact them to check but my contact address look right at the backend, something isn’t working. I have made sure my email is correct under my profile . I thought it was odd I never got any notifications.
