I wonder if any of you had experience of failed OcUK order due to Halifax Secure Check.
I assume check failed because of cost (~£420). Halifax Secure emailed soon after asking if transaction was legit and I confirmed it was.
Now, when I look at my orders, the order is there, with order status field showing a red box with no textual description, I assume due to the transaction failing through Halifax Secure check failing.
I've got an extra complication here because the original order included a one off discount code of ~£60.
Original order seems kind of "parked". I see no options to attempt payment again, or cancel the order.
If I attempt to reorder the part (graphics card) it will accept the one off discount code without error, but when I go to checkout, the discount is not applied, I assume because I used the one off code already in the failed/parked order.
I've already posted in the Customer Service subforum regarding this, but I'm not expecting a reply over the weekend.
I'm wanting to get this sorted as soon as possible, so I'm wondering if any of you had similar experience, and any suggestions how I could sort this myself, without waiting for the customer service response?
