OCUK phone lines no longer working

Wanted to inquire on an order. To know the status and understand if I was in preorder to else:
(1) Made a ticket but got no response.
(2) Called, but noways to get to somebody.

I am used to good customer services, but any ideas when the customer service will resume for ocuk?

Given that yesterday was a GPU launch day, and one of the busiest in recent times then just a case of persevering. Yes it sucks, but there are probably 100's if not 1000's of other people enquiring about their order status at the minute.

As mentioned above, they've posted on their various social media platforms that they've turned the phones off at the moment to concentrate on the webnotes/emails due to the demand from the graphics card launch.
