Effective idea and well executed. Being very pedantic, you might have cloned out the dust on the black surface, but good stuff.

A nice idea and it works well with the theme this month. My only criticism is that some bulbs appear to float due to the dark background.

A very fun and effective subject for the theme and a well captured shot, my only nitpick is I would like to either see the whole background or none of it at all.

We've seen a lot of variations along this theme over the years, and they really have to stand out of the crowd (haha) to have any impact. This is lacking something for me - the lighting and composition is uninteresting and you could have done something more interesting with the DoF.

An eggsellent fun entry which fits the theme. Was the eggs lighter colour a comment on some darker subject matter or am I reading too much into it?

Another fun entry for the theme and I did expect more like this, the composition works well for the shot but it could do with some additional contrast and maybe some DoF to pick out the ‘one’.

Neat idea and well executed. However the lines in the surface continually draw my eye to the bottom left corner. This detracts significantly.

Very minimal and abstract entry. A tough one to judge as it feels more about the odd one out rather than one in a crowd to me. The DOF is spot on.

Odd one out or one in a crowd? A good shot well captured, cant decide if the lines in the background add to or detract, they seem to sit well with the formation.

Nothing special, I'm afraid. Very flat image. I'm aware this was taken on a phone, but that doesn’t put it past some love in post processing.

Yes this is on theme, tack sharp and the image really pops but the composition & background don't do you any favours. Cute critters all the same.

The only thing that works for me is the DoF other than that it seems almost just a snap.

Red.5ive.Oh
Great contact with the subject. Like the idea of the shot and the execution. Perhaps a touch dark overall?

Great, this theme was perfect for street photography and so I'm glad you took up the challenge. A wider angle to get more of the hustle and bustle is needed but top marks for theme from me.

I had hoped more people would have taken up the street photography challenge for this theme it is perfect for capturing people in a busy crowd or on the high street. I think it would work better if more of the scene was captured and a heavier DoF used to really pick him out of the crowd.

As usual thanks Judges, I must put my hand up and admit I completely missed this months one with so much other stuff going on so the phone pic was a point scrapper. :(

I was desperate to try and catch someone standing still for a long exposure at the train station on my commute, but I couldnt get a good composition in leeds station from the walkways so I didnt have the patience to wait for a shot that I couldnt frame well :(
