Took a photo early which suits the topic, won't win though :P

I'll enter regardless though as it'll be my first entry :D

I'm in as well - had the idea straight away and it was lots of fun - the wife wasn't impressed with the mess I made though :D

How did you do that Chet? Very cool.

Washable paint, mixed with glycerin and water, spooned onto a speaker driver with a greased up black balloon stretched over it. Then play a waveform or music through the speaker at the right level and capture the bounce of the paint (all in a dark room). It's loads of fun - i've taken some photos so hope to do a step by step thread on it soon :).

Cheers guys, and your picture was my banker James J (in case I couldn't capture the shot I wanted) - and I like it :)

Nah I already know what ichabod crane is gonna say about it. Needs less DOF and all of it in focus! :( lol

I can see some I want to do but nt sure; part of my production at work makes glass so I've got a stream of molten glass - now I'm wondering what I can do with it to look artistic?

Finally had a suitable idea. Not sure how 'Liquid Form' it is... I mean there's liquid involved.... Might try it though if I get the time. Still need a couple of things to pull it off...

Doubt it'll beat Chet's, but for a first ever entry, it might suffice....

Play around with the angle you can take a photo of, or the light available in the room for an artistic reflection or something?

Very inventive! I may have to try that out some day

I would try changing the way you light it and then the shutter speed - you can get some pretty cool effects (in my limited experience anyway :))

It has been done before if i'm honest. I think the concept was created for an advert for Canon - I just recreated it in my kitchen!

I didn't think I'd have anything to enter this month, but I have a few shots that might just do. Should have it up by tomorrow I think

Nice entry Wildman, was that a drop on a pane of glass or a falling droplet? It looks like a head and shoulders advert, and I can't help but think the tagline would be "moisture is the essence of wetness, and wetness is the essence... of beauty" :p

Was falling droplets from a tap that had the bottles behind it. I had another one from the kitchen that had a heinz ketchup bottle but iI don't think it was as pretty.

Argh - running out of time again. why oh why!

Can someone point out the gosshawk that his entry is invalid; well I'm saying that it is as it wasn't taken during May.
