Is the shop back open now? (as in, can you turn up and walk in?)

I really need to talk to someone about an order that absolutely needs to get resolved this morning, but apparently it's completely impossible to contact them in short order (webnote thing takes too long)

Thanks

The customer service forum has generally responded quickly to anything I've asked, albeit I've not initiated a thread on a weekend, not sure if that forum section is as closely monitored over the weekend.

Shop?

Section no longer exists I’m afraid!

It really irks me that the shop is still shut under the excuse of 'covid'. I very much doubt it'll be opening again though, because they're moving to a new place down by Festival Park in the near future.

It is? Wtf , everywhere else has been back to normal with the exception of GP's for ages now.

The phone lines are closed on weekends now and have been for quite some time. The shop is also closed.
However if you use the above links to the customer service forum, the team will be very happy to assist you.

Regarding, the above comments "The shop been closed due to covid", is due to the very very large number of orders for PC building which increased with covid pretty much closing offices and other spaces. So the area used to build the systems is extended through the shop, to accommodate the need to have more people building systems. Thus the increase in demand is due to covid because more people/firms are working from home/hybrid working so need more PCs so yes it is relevant to the shop being closed due to covid.

Hey guys,

Thank you for highlighting this, and we agree the messaging on the website is a little dated so we'll update this shortly. The main reason for the shop being closed is because we're looking to move premises over the next few months and the space has been changed and is full of PCs and system builders, so at this time it does not make sense for us to put in resources to reopen the store in the current building when it's all going to be moving.

So watch this space... SoonTM
