OCUK Refunds

So how long does this usually take?
I have two outstanding one from the 2nd of March which seems a long time to process being as it is now the 14th March.
What is the general experience in these things before contacting OCUK?

If the goods have been returned/received/checked then it seems way too long to me.

Because 2 weeks is a long time (i'd say it's usually 3-5 days after receipt) and you'd have a much better success rate asking them direct than 10 people giving you a range of times between 2 days and 3 weeks.

Should have mentioned that this is two weeks after notification of item refunded which was issued on the 2nd.

Not strictly speaking about OCUK, but anything I have returned in the past, once acknowledged of goods received back, 7 days max for money to be showing in account.
