hi all sent my mobo off 6 days ago as it had faulty ram slots just had a mail to say new one has been shipped

but is it a new one or my original

i know they do tests and if they find its not faulty you have to pay does this mean a fault was found so they have replaced

just interested to know what was wrong i am prosuming if there was no fault i would have been contacted and told i need to pay lol
