You guys at OCUK **$# rock. NZXT Kraken x62 failed on me and the process to have it returned, checked and have one sent back was totally painless. And no way in a million years did I expect this all to happen over 2 days.

Awesome, just awesome.

Btw, didn't know where else to put this comment and I don't have social media accounts to tweet etc, so I thought he'd be the best place for me to share.

My first experience of OcUK's customer service with a product that failed was above and beyond. I'd purchased a Corsair H100i on the original launch. Now Corsair put a note in the box stating to contact them directly in case of such event rather that the vendor, which I did and that was ridiculously great, 48hr turnaround. However I contact OcUK as a courtesy and despite it all being sorted directly, I was told any issues give them a nod and they'd get involved, supporting customers even when the manufacturer is taking care of it.

Yes OCUK are good at CS. I RMA'd an 8350 at just under 3 years old, no problems, recently I also returned an ASUS router at 2.5 years. Once I had persuaded OCUK that it did have a 3 year warranty, it was accepted. ASUS were poor though.

I only used the RMA procedure once years and years ago and it wasn't very good then but i heard lots of good things nowadays, I buy most of my PC stuff from them now anyhow
 
Only done one RMA here and that was because of my own stupidity in purchasing the wrong monitor! The whole process just worked and I'd got the right monitor setup the next day and the wrong one sent back. I thought it was excellent customer service.

Are you sure it wasn't the rival company you were using, "COKU"?
