OCUK RMA Question

Probably a silly question but i think my Corsair PSU has failed so i'm sending it into OCUK to be tested/replaced. Do i have to post it so its all signed for etc? Or can i take it into OCUK store as i live so close to it?

You would be able to take it in. Saves paying a courier! Best ring the shop and ask what time is best.

You can post it back to us signed for, however you will need an RMA number first so you will need to speak to the technical support department. If you live local, may be worth giving us a call or send an email/forum post to see what the best course of action would be.
