Can somebody advise on how long a decision usually takes from the component entering the testing procedure ?
I don't want to seem pushy, yet can't wait for a replacement.

Best to give them a call about it then. Id expect this to get closed soon as they dont like their rma's being talked about.

If its only recently been bought from ocuk (within a year) the turn around should be around 48 hours.
