but wanted them to incriminate themselves first :p
Doh! How dumb of me!

It's hard to imagine I have A level Physics and Mathematics!

I did get grade E in Maths! Explains it all!

Always laugh mate, the 326 (-7%) is about right though.

Have you had other things done rather than just the PPP? Because I thought PPP would only give you about 305-310bhp?

But yes, scoob transmission losses are pretty shocking.

BTW, is this a public game of "show your power curves?

If so, here is mine :p

as quoted in many of the threads. the rollers seemed to be reading around 5-7% over.

this almost ties in with everyone's expected results across the board. :)

my figure is 5.5% higher than what i got on monday - 2 days later.

I'm not so sure, i think some of the very early R plate mk2 still got the 130bhp unit till it was switched over, i remeber looking at the time i was buying, apart from the quite large specification change i do remember a bhp change from the 98s to the 98iS.

Parkers have moved some of the stats about from when i was last looking due to the MK3 specs coming out.

Ah well it could all be in my head, i did have another car stats site that listed it all our exactly with all the options your get but i've lost it.
Hmmm, your probably right about it being the early 98 models that used the older less powerful 1.8 engines then, I know my insurance company told me my 99 plate was 140bhp :p

The ST graph is most impressive to me, looks very useable. Is that just stock ?

Yeah, thinking about a few mods at the mo, but tbh as its a company car i have to tread carefully :(

Its very civilised warm hatch unlike the CTR imo.

I have done nothing but driven it, and pampered it ;) Next year is the year of toys for the car I think.
Yes the PPP makes it 301bhp, as certified by Prodrive (and the sticker on my drivers door jamb).

So it could be used as a pretty good bench mark I guess

You dare to put a sad face at the end of that statement! Now I know your rubbing it in :p :D

Yes but the chav in me really wants to goto to town on this engine, as its capable of a lot more for not too much money, but it means mega mods.

But i do realise how priviledged i am, i was laughing my nuts off when i spotted the car on the list :D

OIm just waiting for the finanacial director to come and ask for the car back, the running costs are silly tbh.

Who the **** has the Saleen Mustang? Looks like a bit of a beast.

Nice to see the beamers running well! 330ci only has 40 less bhp than the E36 M3's... for a standard car, I'd say that's pretty damn good :)
