OcUK shipping today?

Hi guys, sorry if this is too shop related, i hope you can relate to my situation though.

Was expecting my items dispatched today (ordered Thursday, and was told as soon as the Q6600 stock arrived on Monday the order would be shipped), as such had tommorow booked off work, hadnt received a dispatch email by 5pm so rang OcUK, i was told the whole system was down? So they didnt know whether anything had been dispatched.

Did anyone receive a dispatch email this afternoon at all? I just want to know whether to cancel my day off.

Yep got my q6600 coming tomorrow - ordered it at 10am this morning - had a confirmation email saying it had been despatched at 15:06 today

I think they just make things up as they go along in the shop - i went over this morning to get my quad because the web said it had got 10+ in stock

drove 40 miles there to be told i could not buy one in the shop but i could buy one online, but if i was to go back this afternoon i could buy one in the shop.

That's odd, It's never happened to me and I have spent £500 at one time in the shop on about 12 item's all together.

try and log in on ocuk and go to your account then you can see the status of your order

I ordered a load of kit (£1300+) at lunchtime but still havent had an email confirming shipment either

very odd as have ordered at 4-5pm before and still got everything next day. Oh well, wait and see I guess!

they said it was because they had to send out all the pre orders first, but surely they must know how much stock they had got / sold.

even a simple note on the product page saying this would have saved all the hassle.

Giving them a call shortly, hopefully they have gone out and the system just hasnt caught up.

They did say that all pre-orders would ship yesterday.

i ordered yesterday morning and ask for today to be delivered, and still av no Sent note, mines still "Order Printed" and i dout it will get to me today!!

Just checked, apparently there were loads of problems yesterday and i will now have to wait for delivery until tommorow.

Hi there

Yesterday we manage to ship about 2/3 of the pre-orders and around 4:30-5:00ish we had a systems crash that shut every down and hence halted warehouse packing/shipping.

Systems are now back up and warehouse is working double time to catch up with the backlog and get all orders out.

good to hear, my order just went to printed in our warehouse

, not sure exactly what that means but im hoping it will meet the scheduled delivery date tommorow

gibbo, are you cracking the whip?

i ordered a 6550 for wednesday delivery (among other things) - should i be ok to get it shipped today?

I ordered some bits about 10am monday morning this week for next day delivery.
I received an email 'Dear Mr Teslahed, Your Order has been packed and is in the process of being shipped.' this morning. Am i likely to see these bits today?
