Can you buy components, monitors, peripherals etc at the Oc shop?
Instead of buying online as i live quite close to Oc.

Yes you can, but you lose the DSR if you dont buy online.

Awesome news, especially for me as I need to return my motherboard for a replacement. You've seen my other thread haven't you Stulid (Your expertise much appreciated

)? Do you know if weekends are included in the 14 days, or is it just working days?

OcUK have doubled the the period allowed by the DSR so 14 working days.

Hope this clears it up.

“working days” means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

You can buy in the shop indeed, we have just had a brand new vending machine delivered too! So feel free to purchase a drink, however we will have stock of drinks on Monday.
