OcUK speaker settings

I bought a set of these a while back.

There are only 3 volume setting, none of them are quiet enough. There is very little effect when i change the windows speaker volume bar, not right until you get to level 2, 1 and 0. The only way to get a midrange volume is if the game has its own volume options. Is there anyway to get better control of the volume? They are USB speakers.

Id either post in the sound forum, or on on some logitech forums/support site as its unlikely that many people on here have those speakers.
