Im not sure where to post this or if this is the correct place but...
I ordered a case from you OcUK on Saturday (yesterday). I really need it asap to build my pc for work, it was supposed to have started last week but the previous company I bought from had shipping delays and cancelled my order + gave me a refund last minute.
It said on the product page that if bought now it will come the next day(sunday 4th).
I have not received any dispatch email and paid the expensive sunday delivery (around £21)
Unfortunately yesterday was very busy and only thought to contact customer service when it was already too late and lines were closed. Sadly its sunday and I can’t contact customer service..
Any of you guys have this situation before?
