OcUK Tech Labs Fathom All in One Custom Cooler 120mm

If I brought a 'OcUK Tech Labs Fathom All in One Custom Cooler' will I need to change the liquid inside over a certain time period? Or Is it just like a normal aio water unit (corsair H50, H80, H100i) ?

If so how easy is it to do and how often will I need to do it, PC will be on about three hours a day.

every couple of years I would change the fluid, otherwise maintenance fee.

Sorry to hi-jack this but how far could you expand this unit?

On the 240mm version could I add a GPU and another rad (only 120mm) without a problem with the pump?

The block is integrated with the pump, so I doubt it unless you can mod the bracket or something (if needed).
