I'm curious, if you ordered a graphics card with a waterblock and built by OcUK Tech labs, do you still receive the air cooling heatsink and fans which you've paid for?

Best ask in the customer service sub forum to be 100% sure but I believe they can supply the original cooler :)
 
I bought one and i didn't get the original cooler which of course i paid for.
I didn't know there was a customer service sub forum. I'll post in there.

No worries, it may be that you needed to ask before they shipped it, though hopefully they'll still have it and can supply it?
 
would be better if they did supple it as well, if you need to sell it you can apply the cooler again which would make it much more desirable
 
I am actually interested in what would happen to these coolers otherwise.
Despite the presumably low throughput, I would imagine they'd still need to do something with the coolers.
 
When I bought my tech labs 1080ti, as I understand it by default they do not include the cooler, but retain it in case the card needs to be RMA'd. For brands who are not cooler removal friendly, this is probably quite important. I requested to have my cooler shipped with the card (which they did).
