Not fussed about dates. I'll just fit in where there's a gap.

Suggestion for the OP is that you simply have an order, not a timeline.
A strict time line will categorically *not* be stuck to, I think we all know this.
We should simply have an order of people it goes to, 1, 2, 3, 4 etc etc with minimal turnaround for each person, say 2 days if possible
... Failing this, i'll have him mid february?
