OcUK Value 2GB Dual channel kit problem

Recently got this: https://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-010-OK

Everythings fine except that its not running in dual channel, ive had a look in my BIOS but cant see if theres anything I should change. I always thought that if as long as you put them in the right slots it would work dual channel automaticly.

Ive checked that they are in the correct slots but no luck.

Any suggestions ?

Try them in two other slots, dual channel should be the same color!

The saaayyymmeee colour you say? I thought it was opposite colours

Example

Slot 1 - Blue----|Dual
Slot 2 - yellow--|Channel

Slot 3 - Blue----|Dual
Slot 4 - yellow--|Channel

But I will try putting one in slot 1 and one in slot 3, and then slot 3 and slot 4

1 & 3 or 2 & 4 is what you need.

^ that's what you need.

They used to have all DIMM slots the same colour, but they now colour code them so its easier for people to setup and use dual channel.
