The build quality is fine for what it is. The first time you take it apart, you'll be horrified at how floppy it all is, but screw everything up tight and it's quite solid.
I would advise you to replace the PSU as the newer ones are ATX 2.0/24 pin but don't have a dedicated graphics connector.
Seasonic 430W seems to be popular choice as *** cables come out the wrong side and so they don't foul the optical drive cages.
In all honesty though, if you're going to replace the PSU then do look at the Silverstone Sugo SG-01 - it's really rather good. It's not so flashy, but much better made altogether.
The Antec Aria is also better made, but you need to be a little bit careful about the PSU positioning on that one too.
These cases are all micro-ATX, not full ATX.
