Hi,

Looking at getting this 15" TFT as a replacement for the aging 17" CRT that my parents use at home.

Bearing in mind when considering if this will do the job that it will never have to play games or dvds. Its only purpose will be Web Surfing, Email and Office work.

I would assume it will be fine, but just wanted to check

Well fine, i'll answer my own question

Monitor arrived today, in good packaging! (wp OcUK). First impressions are good, plastics around the edge of the screen have a budget feel to them, but nothing horrendous!

The stand is very good and is adjustable, feels very sturdy.

The screen looks great and im happy to report no dead pixels. Watched a DVD on it before to test and everything looked fine.

The OSD is nice and easy to use with simple controls.
