OCuk Webnote problems?

I asked ocUK a question last night on the webnote system.
So far I have had the same reply 30 times! And I cannot get through on there phones

Anyone else having this problem

That must be an embarisment to ocUK to get a problem like this!

Well, to be fair to them, they must get a lot of questions and if they are sending an email every 10mins to everyone thats asked a question, well, imagine!!
But as I have a blackberry it is REALLY annoying!!

Mind you, I might **** someone off and put their email address in and ask a question lol!

Think they need new antivirus software!
