OcUK Website Information Needed

Hey there,

I'm a university student studying computer science. I've been asked to analyse an e-commerce website and compile my findings into a report.

I'm most interested in the technical aspects of the website. Information such as if an e-commerce solution has been used, how the ordering process interacts with payment gateways, how the website is tied into any internal systems, the database(s) used and content management systems used would be helpful.

Any information about security would also be appreciated.

If you are actually genuine, I'm sure you will have a far better chance of gaining any information by way of a phone call, then perhaps e-mailing any documents over that can actually substantiate that you are from University and how you intend to use such data.

Companies aren't going to like giving away too much information to randoms. You might be better finding a local business who you can possibly meet in person, but even then, it depends how much time they even have spare, which for most probably won't be much.

Haha! Yeah should have clarified, an e-commerce solution such as Magento, something off-the-shelf.

From what I can see, it doesn't seem like it but you never know!
