This is more aimed at the MODS since there is nowhere to post this.

So i'm trying to submit a ticket but when selecting the dropdown for the type of ticket there is no option to advance to the next option and no form is generated.....

The only way i can seem to even get a form to fill out is if i goto my orders page and use the "Questions about your order?" option.

Then when you fill out the form and click submit..... blank screen of nothingness

I've tried this in Firefox, Chrome and even Edge and the same thing in everyone and ive even disabled ublock but still no success. So kinda stuck in limbo here. Back in the day we could raise a post in the customer service section of the forum but sadly that just now links to the webtickets page which you cant fill out.

Also i know this will get posted... "Have you tried raising a ticket for the ticket system" so i'll cover it already lol

it seems to be working on chrome and edge here, but it didn't load the page fully until i'd agreed to some cookies (functional I think) or that might have just been a second or so's delay (I think on chrome the cookie pop up loaded first, on edge the form loaded at about the same time).

Thanks for the feedback here @Zenduri

For your reassurance, we've now investigating this to ensure all users can use the form regardless of their cookie consent.
Also just to let you know when you submit the form and you get the email saying thanks for the message it uses the first part of the email as the name in the response

For example if my email was [email protected]. The email reads:

"Hi Sendasupporticket,

Thanks for reaching out

Your request has been received etc...."

its picking the wrong field for the name part in the email response

Nice one! I've passed this feedback on too and will have it resolved soon.

Thanks again for highlighting this.
