So what is your favourite breakfast cereal?

I went off cereal for about four years as I got fed up with it entirely.
For some reason I like Special K

Stopped eating cereal a year ago, I have a vege/fruit smoothie for breakfast now:

Apples, Celery, Nettles, Mango and Pineapple

Tastes mainly of apples and pineapple and it turns you into a sexual tyrannosaurus, just like Blaine from Predator (before he got killed).
