At first glance was quite a bit to take in but with a little use I don't find it any worse than the old site to navigate and some bits are better.

It's definitely getting an upgrade. Thundycat confirmed it a little while ago. They want to have it done before the end of this year.

I don't like it personally, I like elements of it but think there's a mash up of lots of different ideas in there and makes it look a bit messy. Also would have been nice if it was responsive.

Hmm, for me the blue colour used in the header menu icons (Business, My account, Support...) needs changing. It's far too dark and almost makes my eyes hurt flicking between looking at the blue of those icons and the same blue of the phone number etc below.

I'd have make them red like the other menu item

At least it wasn't one of those single-page scrolling websites. Style over function :/.
