OcUK's return policy: compatibility issues

Hey, I was wondering on *** OcUK's policy is if the components I buy arent compatible with each other. How easy is it if the things dont work out as planned and I nd to send the item back?

I can't seem to find anything that mentions this on their website

You're best bet is to phone the shop to be honest. I don't know if it'd be covered by the distance selling act. If you haven't opened the products then you can return them in 7 days iirc.

What items are they?

Well this post may get deleted as you can't post shop matters on the forum, but:

The only way you could get your money back (that I know of) is if you return the non compatible items under the distance selling regulations, which I believe you get 7 working days in which to return your items, as long as they are in a resellable condition (ie not used).

EDIT: I believe the above post may be more accurate than mine.

kl, I will in due time. The reason being that I dont have any cash atm to buy all the parts i nd and by the time i get it, my specs mite change again.
