Oculus Home replacement for building up VR tolerance?

Just got a new GPU and have been revisiting all the games my old GPU struggled with.
One of the games I really wanted to play was Obduction in VR but with old 980 Ti was getting low fps and found I couldn't even get out of the opening area without feeling ill so had to stop.

I've set up my antique Rift CV1 again and eventually got it all working but I found that the Oculus Home environments have been removed.
Sitting on the balcony chilling, looking at the scenes was my go-to way of slowly building up my VR tolerance.

Could anyone please point me in the direction of a direct replacement or substitute experience, other than the Steam VR home, that could be used for easing back into VR?

Thanks

Try a simple game with teleport like Walkabout Mini golf.

Or games like Lone Echo which use hand grabbing to move around.

I heard easing yourself into VR was a thing, so I tried grass cutting in a P51 in DCS, just make sure you are sat down lol

I think this is essentially Meta Horizon Worlds now. Perhaps give that a go? SteamVR also offers virtual worlds you can poke about in for free.
Thanks for that.
Hopefully I can find something that's slow enough not to make me feel ill but still interesting enough to keep me in long enough to acclimatise.

Cheers.

Moss is a very good game for this. You are essentially stationary amongst diorama-like levels that you interact with. Puzzling Places (no idea if this is on Rift or is Quest exclusive) is similar but is literally just a 3D puzzle game. Games where you're not moving but stuff is coming at you, like lots of the rhythm games are good too. Keep Talking and Nobody Explodes also pretty good for this kind of thing.

'I Expect You To Die' is one of the unplayed games I've had sitting in my inventory which I think? is similar to Keep Talking (static sitting position) so could be worth giving a try.

Thanks.

Sorry, that’s what I meant (I expect you to die). No idea what keep talking is. Not sure it’s even a VR game.
