I have a Oculus Rift CV1 and everytime I open the Oculus store my wireless Logitech K435 mouse and keyboard stop working, I have a old wireless microsoft mouse that works fine, it has to be conflicting but cant seem to find any information on how to make the mouse and keyboard use another channel.

As soon as I close the Oculus software the keyboard and mouse work again.

Any help would be appreciated.

That sounds like a USB related issue, as once your CV1 powers up, it'll take power from your USB socket. Try moving your USB connected items around to see if that helps.

Hi thanks for the suggestion, if it was a power issue I doubt the MIcrosoft wireless mouse would work but that is fine.

Thanks again.

IIRC, the Rift has an on-screen cursor or crosshair that you hover over an option to select it?
II do RC, then I guess you're supposed to use that, which might be why it ignores any other HID?

When using Steam VR I have no keyboard so cannot type my name into a game without plugging in a wired keyboard
