OCZ 2GB (2 x 1GB) PC4000 timings help

Just bought and installed a OCZ 2GB kit to replace a dying Crucial and I need to know what sort of timings I could be looking at and what best volts to use.

The stock timings are 3-3-2-8, 2.8v @250mhz according to the sales spec but I cannot seem to find any more detailed information on others settings to use.

I am using a Opty 146(will be pumping it back up to 2.7/2.8 ghz as soon as I know a bit more about this memory), Asus AV8 Deluxe, 2 Gig OCZ EB PC 4000, X800XT PE GPU, Maxtor 250gig Sata.
FWIW, I will be looking to upgrade mobo and GPU to PCI soon.

Best volts (all from my own experience) is 2.68v (so 2.65-2.70v). This got me 8 hours memtest stable with 270mhz 3-3-2-5 1T. All other settings were left at stock/auto.
