OCZ 4001024ELPE + Opteron 165 O/C

I just need to know if this memory is good enough for me to overclock in a DFi lanparty D with a Opteron 165.

Even cheap memory is fine on A64s due to the architecture not suffering when using memory dividers, so that RAM will be fine, if not being total overkill.
