OCZ 450 MOD STREAM

Sorry for so many threads these days but i can't find any info on this situation.

I want to buy an E5200, 4gig 800mhz RAM and a P5Q PRO, while keeping everything else the same (7900GT, 160GB 16MB HDD).

I was wondering if this will still be enough to run it? Keeping in mind i'm going to attempt to overclock this to 3-3.5GHz.

It will be more than enough. I have a E5200 at 3.6Ghz with a P35 mobo, 2GB of ram and a ATI 3850 and peak load while running prime and fur at the same time is only 212w. The rig is powered by a 385w Enermax Pro 82+.
