OCZ 700w PSUs

hey, thinking about getting a 700w PSU, OCZ looks the best way to go but there are two OCZ 700w PSUs, could someone explain the difference and if there is any point in getting the more expensive one

first one

The more expensive one which is on this week only is modular - (allow's you to use use the cables which are needed)

which is a quid cheaper than the non-modular one because of this weeks offer

Pay an extra £10.00 for modular which is not bad, I would go fot it
