OCZ 700W Stealth X Stream issues

I have a 700W OCZ stealth x stream, which is dead on arrival.
I am going to return it. What other PSU can anyone reccomend?

Was thinking of a Corsair 650 or 750.

Is an Antec CP 850W any good?

Ideally around £80 to spend on it.

Powering a q9550 trying to clock to about 4ghz,
about 5 120mm fans and ATI 7550

The Corsair 650w or the Antec 650w will be fine for your setup
