OCZ Agility 3 in AHCI or RAID?

Got one today with Windows 7 installed and running fine, but I don't know whether I should be running it from the same controller as my 2 x 750gb which are running in RAID0 on the ICH1O controller

Is it worth running the SSD in AHCI mode off of one of the two spare SATA ports which run from the JMicron controller?

I believe RAID mode is AHCI mode enabled (have a look here). So just plug it into the same controller (since the intel controller is much better than the Jmicron).

Note If you are using a SATA hard drive, set your BIOS to RAID mode. RAID mode provides the greatest overall flexibility and upgradeability because it allows your system to be RAID ready and enable AHCI.
