OCZ Compatablity

Ive found some Ocz Platium DDR1 ram goin for £50 .. With timings of CL 2-3-2-5

Would this work with my Ocz gold with timings at 2-3-3-6 ?

Im guessing the Platium ram would just run slower at the gold speeds..

Or would it just not work at all ?

It should run fine at the looser timings.
