OCZ dual channel memory settings ?

Hi, I built my new system over the weekend and wondered if these settings were right for my memory. I am using 2x1gb OCZ XTC Gold DDR400.

Is there an idiots guide to changing these settings and what they do/mean ?

edit: just looking a bit deeper, those sticks should do cas2 not 2.5

Ok, I read on the ocz site that the settings were cas 2, trcd 3, trp 3, tras 8. I looked around in the bios and made the changes so I think these are correct.

It also says voltage 2.8v but in my bios it says dram voltage is 2.6v, will that be ok or should I up it ?

yeah up the volts to 2.8v as long as you have decent airflow through your case should be fine, thats what they are rated at so no probs, ram setings look fine.
